For over 5 years, I served as Director of Operations for a multimillion-dollar company, where I helped grow the team from 3 to 50+ employees and scale revenue from 7 to 8 figures. I’ve led everything from marketing and client experience to team development, systems automation, and strategic planning. I know firsthand what it’s like to wear all the hats—and I know how to take them off, the smart way.
